Greetings dear LoveLights ❤

Thank you so much to everyone who took part in the ‘Golden Pulse’ meditations over the last two weeks. This SUNday we’re guided to work with a Silver Light Pulse visualization followed by a sending of rainbow light ~ a combination for Transcendence and Reformation ~ re-format-ion ~ as we transcend dense energies and format subtle ions with pure Divine LoveLight.

Once you’re prepared (see Meditation Guidelines), breathe deeply into your heart centre…breathing in infinite Love, the Heart of Source to your Heart, to the Heart of beloved Gaia, all in one flowing stream of Oneness…and breathe out Love. Breathe in Light, breathe out Light. Breathe in Grace, breathe our Grace. Breathe in Peace, breathe out Peace. Feel the eternal spark of Source you are, radiant, steady and serene, connected as One with all beings of high Love, with all the light grids supporting Ascension, and all dedicating their love, light and energy through meditation and various ways around the Earth.

Now visualize a Silver Flame flowing from Source, within your Heart centre. This pure silver light effortlessly transcends all limiting factors and energies. See and feel it glowing pure and bright in your Heart, filling your body and auric field. As you breathe out, send the silver light outward in a strong pulse, and let this pulse ripple through and around the whole planet in unison with everyone joining in this focus, so that the Earth is bathed in this shared Silver Light Pulse, melting away all limitations.

Now invite the Source stream to flow through you as Rainbow Light, softly but deeply spreading through the silver and as the rainbow and silver lights blend, reforming all limiting or constricted energies within your being and within the collective planetary field to align with Divine Love. Feel the playfulness and delight of this Rainbow flow as it moves through and all around you in unison with countless beings of Love, Peace and Joy, like a flock of rainbow butterflies streaming around the Earth and transforming heavy vibrations into super light Transcendence, in a perfect flow of well-being for all Life. And So Be It. ❤
