Greetings dear LoveLights  🙂

Welcome to the fifth monthly DNA-RNA Activation for 2019, which coincides this month with our weekly Sunday Meditation for May 12th. For newcomers, throughout this ’12’ year, we’re offering these monthly activations to optimize the 12:12 frequencies for 12-strand light DNA ignition and integration (2019 = 2+0+1+9=12). Love and thank you all for your presence anchoring and radiating the higher light-encodings with Gaia, as the universal beings of love we all are.  ❤

Throughout this year we’re focusing with the vibration of the Threefold Flame of the Heart (through many beautiful forms and sacred geometries of a triune vibration, including the triquetra, triskele and yin-yang-yuan symbols). The relationship between 12 and 3 (12=1+2=3) ~ to the sacred trinity energy within us and all life ~ facilitates inner access to the fundamental energetic format of creation in perfect harmony with itself and all, which opens the door to the infinite Golden Frequency/Christed Light of the 12th Dimension. This year presents a beautiful amplified opportunity to embrace this 12D Light through the ‘triple light helix’ (which translates through to our 3-4D physicality as the blending of bridging strands of RNA within the DNA double helix), radiating these activations together with Gaia and many loving beings, through the collective energy field.

To feel the role of ‘bridging strands of RNA’ during what Star Family/Ascension Council refer to as an energetic ‘bridging year’ (into an expanded higher collective potential in 2020), imagine that through each DNA double helix a third strand of pure light is spiralling, through the centre of the double helix and interweaving with it. This is the Ascension Light spiral, flowing from the Heart of the Source, through the centre of the universe, re-activating latent innate expansion wherever it touches, is opened to and received. RNA strands are flexible, multi-functional, and during this Ascension phase, on a vibrational level these strands are receiving and radiating an imprint of bridging the Ascension Light into the DNA, encouraging the double helix lattice to relax and open, and hold the ascension frequencies more easily.

For this May activation, here in Australia and some other countries this Sunday is also Mother’s Day, and in honour of the Divine Mother expression of the Source within all life, we’ll also focus with bathing ourselves and the planet in the Rose Light of love and cherishment.

 

 

Begin with breathing deeply into your heart and relax. Breathe into your whole body…and relax…know you are cradled in the LoveLight of Source and countless Beings of Love….cradled in the pure Light of your Soul….connected in every moment with the Heart of beloved Gaia, and with all loving angelic and assisting groups, all the higher dimensional supporting light-grids around the Earth and Solar System.

Feel in your heart how you are bathed, embraced and always supported by the infinite Love of your Soul, your soul families in the higher dimensional layers of Light, by those guiding and guarding the planetary Shift, and the eternal Source of all Life. Deep joy is flowing with this loving group and all who are focusing in many ways for ascension…and with each activation and light-alignment within this Wave of Love.

Focusing in your heart centre, visualize/hold the intention of a Threefold Flame of rose, blue and golden-yellow light within your heart centre, and as you breathe out, let this triple flame radiate outward through your body and aura field. See this Threefold Flame spiral softly into a radiant triple helix motion. Now imagine that you’re standing in an infinite stream of pure Diamond Light that shimmers softly down through the spiralling rose, blue and golden-yellow light until you are completely bathing in this flow.

Breathe deeply, and feel every cell and strand within you soften and open like a flower to this Light that brings you into whole, full alignment with your Inner Divine, the innate Source-ness within you and all creation that always IS, in Love and Joy.

Let the Diamond Light wash through you, liquid, pure and soft, then see/feel a shining stream of Golden-White Light, flowing from the Heart of Source, through your Heart Star, turning your heart golden as it transforms into an inner Sun, the true spiritual Sun you are….flowing through your whole central channel, into the centre of the Earth, Gaia’s Heart Star.

This shining Golden-White Light filled with Diamond shimmers fills every double helix of DNA in your body, from the most subtle into the denser physical layers of vibration. Know that special strands of your RNA are acting as a bridge now, to bring sacred triune (three-as-one) energy through every DNA double helix, naturally opening the way for the highest encodings of 12-strand ascended light-DNA to be received. This love-sent message of transformation in Light is flowing through all the DNA strands within you, and within all life, within the planet and planetary field, resonating with the crystalline DNA~RNA of the New Earth creational energies, converging inner unity naturally, peacefully, easily into this Now.

Breathe…relax…and allow the Light of Infinite, Eternal Love to fill every atom and molecule in your body; renewing life energy, pooling in every cell and strand with frequencies of freedom in love, rebirthing in the pure golden waters of life through Inner Divine alignment. Every strand of DNA, RNA, the epigenomes and proteins in each cell in your body are bathing in this golden-white light, fully open to accept its divine love frequency…as it flows all around the Earth, activating the New Earth’s ascended, original ‘goldenprint’ template of creation.

Now imagine you are breathing in the warmest Rose Light. As you breathe in, this soft nurturing light fills your heart, and as you breathe out it spreads through your whole being. Every cell and strand in your body, every subtle particle and vibration in your aura field is embraced in the light-arms, the unconditionally loving light of the universal Mother, which lives in every one of us and all around us, infinitely.

Let your heart open in bliss to this wondrous experience of transformation you’ve chosen to embody, as you align within the ‘providential shift’ vibration of this gentle, powerful light-stream. And send this radiance out to all of humanity, all living beings on and around the Earth, as infinite Divine Love for all Life, knowing that our loving group focus is anchoring light all around this beautiful planet in unison with Gaia and many loving souls working in various ways to bring transformation into the collective energy field.

Greetings beautiful LoveLights  🙂

A warm welcome to this Sunday’s LoveLight meditation, coinciding with Easter. Love and thanks to all joining in here for the first time, and as always, much love and gratitude to everyone bringing your Inner Divine Light through this circle, and around the Earth through so many expressions of Unconditional Love!  ❤

We’ll be focusing on activating the Golden Light of Resurrection within our own beings and through the light-grids that interweave together to form the New Earth grid (the crystalline heart grid of Gaia, the unity consciousness grid and the planetary network of meridians/energy flow lines and nodes), which holds the vibrational imprint of Ascended Earth, vibrating across the dimensions.

We can align ourselves and anchor this imprint within and around us in any moment, as we ‘Christ’ ourselves by opening our hearts and beings in complete trust, and embrace the ever-present flow of the Divine Golden Frequency, which Sananda & Lady Nada ~ who stepped their soul light into the Earth plane as Jesus & Mary Magdalene ~ are overlighting through this meditation and through all loving hearts in all moments, along with many beautiful Lights of the higher dimensions.

Feel yourself bathed, embraced and always supported by the infinite Love of your Soul, your soul families in the higher dimensional layers of Light, by those guiding and guarding the planetary Shift, and the eternal Source of all Life. Deep joy flows with this loving group and all within and around the Earth focusing for ascension, within this great Wave of Loving Transformation.

Feel the warmest, most peaceful lovelight filling you as you breathe into your heart, radiating from you like a Star as you breathe out, joyful, blissful, in harmony with the Universe. Honour the divine soul expression of the Infinite Source you are ~ we all are ~ all life is ~ and as you breathe in the Light of Oneness, and breathe out,  feel the love in your heart connecting naturally and easily with the eternal Golden Light that resurrects, restores and renews unconditional Love, Light, Grace and Providence everywhere, in everything it touches, wherever there is an opening for it to be received.

Bring your focus to the cells, atoms and molecules in your body, down to the strands of DNA and RNA, and allow them to fill with the Golden Christ Light flowing from Source and from all the Christed Beings of Love in this universe. Feel your whole body brimming with radiant golden light, the vital forces of resurrection, which restore the original golden-print, the original love-codes of Divine Being, throughout your physical body and subtle energy field. Breathe in, let yourself bask in this awesome light, feel the bliss, and breathe it out around you.

Let your attention radiate further, connecting with everyone around the planet anchoring this beautiful Light of Love, unified and steady…and with all souls feeling sincere love for all life, who are holding loving attention for this planet in various ways. As we radiate the Golden Light, it flows around the world, through the light-grids in and around the Earth. See all heavy, oppressive vibrations transforming into feather-light softness, the joy of a new dawn, the sweetest sunrise flowing golden rays of renewal, refreshment and rebirth. Breathe in golden light, breathe out golden light….know that together we are the Resurrection of Love, Light and Life, anchoring through the focus point of our cherished embodiments while connected in every moment with the Infinite, Eternal Divine, which flows through us and all life.

We are the Restoration of Unconditional Love, Unity and Peace, radiating through divine grace and providence to all life on Earth, within the infinite network of Universal Love. May the golden embrace of the Inner Divinity within us and all life align the Ascension of Gaia in compassion, ease and peace. And So Be It.

Hello all dear LoveLights ❤

Thank you for joining us and welcome to our SUNday meditation which coincides with Easter this weekend. 🙂 We’ll be focusing with the theme of resurrection, and there’s a companion Heart Star post here which you might like to read. We’re expanding on the short meditation in that post, keeping focused with the Golden Flame of Resurrection and the White Flame of Ascension.

So beginning with your breathing, relax in your body deeply, breathe in Love, breathe out Love, breathe in Light, breathe out Light. Relax your thoughts, still your mind, breathe in Peace, breathe out Peace, and bring your focus into your Heart centrepoint, seeing/feeling a star of white light forming in there, and radiating outward, clearing and purifying your whole aura/torus field. Breathe in golden light, and breathe it out, filling your torus field with warm, uplifting, protecting LoveLight. Connect from your heart full of love with the Heart of Gaia, and with the Heart of Source, the living pulse within all life everywhere. Connect from your heart in gratitude with all the grids of high light surrounding the Earth and Solar System, supporting the Ascension as it unfolds, and with the beautiful Light Beings guiding, assisting and protecting this whole process.

Bring your focus to the cells, atoms and molecules in your body, down to the strands of DNA and RNA, and allow them to fill with the Golden Christ Light flowing from Source and from all the Christed Beings of Love in this universe. See/feel your whole body brimming with radiant golden light, the vital forces of resurrection, that which restores the original Divine imprint, the original codes of Divine Order, throughout your body. Feel the Joy! 🙂

Now bring your attention gently and compassionately to any thoughts, emotions or physical discomfort that may have been ‘weighing you down’, distracting you or sending you off balance, and send the golden light through them….feeling all heaviness and density transforming into feather-light softness, the sweet joy of renewal, refreshment and rebirth. Breathe in golden light, breathe out golden light….you are the Resurrection of Love, Light and Life, anchoring through the focus point of your cherished present embodiment while connected in every moment with the Divine, which flows through you and through all life.

Bringing your focus back into your heart centre, visualize a pure white Flame in there. See and feel this White Flame of Ascension growing and filling your whole being and aura, merging into the golden light, in an experience of deep, infinitely expanding Divine Love….you are the Rebirth of Unconditional Love, Unity and Peace, radiating through divine grace and providence to all life on Earth and beyond, in a great network of universal love, feeling the strength, joy and blessing of this vast togetherness of soul families and soul groups, interconnected, fluid, weaving LoveLight into creation in alignment with true soul wisdom, understanding and bliss.

May the resurrected embrace of the Inner Divinity within us and in all life align us with the Ascension of Gaia in ease, joy and peace. And So Be It.
