Greetings dear LoveLights  🙂

Welcome to the sixth monthly DNA-RNA Activation for 2019, flowing this month through the high light focus of the June Solstice! For newcomers, throughout this ’12’ year, we’re offering these monthly activations to optimize the 12:12 frequencies for 12-strand light DNA ignition and integration (2019 = 2+0+1+9=12). This month, instead of aligning through the 12th day of June, we’re bringing this activation through the mirror energy of 21 (21-12) in unity with this beautiful moment of Solstice amplification. Love and thank you all for your presence anchoring and radiating the higher light-encodings with Gaia, as the universal beings of love we all are.  ❤

Throughout this year we’re focusing with the vibration of the Threefold Flame of the Heart (through many beautiful forms and sacred geometries of a triune vibration, including the triquetra, triskele and yin-yang-yuan symbols). The relationship between 12 and 3 (12=1+2=3) ~ to the sacred trinity energy within us and all life ~ facilitates inner access to the fundamental energetic format of creation in perfect harmony with itself and all, which opens the door to the infinite Golden Frequency/Christed Light of the 12th Dimension. This year presents a beautiful amplified opportunity to embrace this 12D Light through the ‘triple light helix’ (which translates through to our 3-4D physicality as the blending of bridging strands of RNA within the DNA double helix), radiating these activations together with Gaia and many loving beings, through the collective energy field.

 

 

To feel the role of ‘bridging strands of RNA’ during what Star Family/Ascension Council refer to as an energetic ‘bridging year’ (into an expanded higher collective potential in 2020), imagine that through each DNA double helix a third strand of pure light is spiralling, through the centre of the double helix and interweaving with it. This is the Ascension Light trinity spiral flowing from the Heart of the Source, through the centre of the universe, re-activating latent innate expansion wherever it touches, is opened to and received. RNA strands are flexible, multi-functional, and during this Ascension phase, on a vibrational level these strands are receiving and radiating an imprint of bridging the Ascension Light into the DNA, encouraging the double helix lattice to relax and open, and hold the ascension frequencies more easily.

For the Solstice, we’re especially asked to bring in the Christed Feminine Golden Rose of Love and Restoration of the Golden Frequency on Earth, within our beings and for all life here.  ❤

 

 

Begin with breathing deeply into your heart and relax. Breathe into your whole body…and relax…know you are cradled in the LoveLight of Source and countless Beings of Love….cradled in the pure Light of your Soul….connected in every moment with the Heart of beloved Gaia, and with all loving angelic and assisting groups, all the higher dimensional supporting light-grids around the Earth and Solar System.

Feel in your heart how you are bathed, embraced and always supported by the infinite Love of your Soul, your soul families in the higher dimensional layers of Light, by those guiding and guarding the planetary Shift, and the eternal Source of all Life. Deep joy is flowing with this loving group and all who are focusing in many ways for ascension…and with each activation and light-alignment within this Wave of Love.

Focusing in your heart centre, visualize/hold the intention of a Threefold Flame of rose, blue and golden-yellow light within your heart centre, and as you breathe out, let this triple flame radiate outward through your body and aura field. See this Threefold Flame spiral softly into a radiant triple helix motion. Now imagine that you’re standing in an infinite stream of pure Diamond Light that shimmers softly down through the spiralling rose, blue and golden-yellow light until you are completely bathing in this flow.

Breathe deeply, and feel every cell and strand within you soften and open like a flower to this Light that brings you into whole, full alignment with your Inner Divine, the innate Source-ness within you and all creation that always IS, in Love and Joy.

Let the Diamond Light wash through you, liquid, pure and soft, then see/feel a shining stream of Golden-White Light, flowing from the Heart of Source, through your Heart Star, turning your heart golden as it transforms into an inner Sun, the true spiritual Sun you are….flowing through your whole central channel, into the centre of the Earth, Gaia’s Heart Star.

This shining Golden-White Light filled with Diamond shimmers fills every double helix of DNA in your body, from the most subtle into the denser physical layers of vibration. Know that special strands of your RNA are acting as a bridge now, to bring sacred triune (three-as-one) energy through every DNA double helix, naturally opening the way for the highest encodings of 12-strand ascended light-DNA to be received. This love-sent message of transformation in Light is flowing through all the DNA strands within you, and within all life, within the planet and planetary field, resonating with the crystalline DNA~RNA of the New Earth creational energies, converging inner unity naturally, peacefully, easily into this Now.

Breathe…relax…and allow the Light of Infinite, Eternal Love to fill every atom and molecule in your body; renewing life energy, pooling in every cell and strand with frequencies of freedom in love, rebirthing in the pure golden waters of life through Inner Divine alignment. Every strand of DNA, RNA, the epigenomes and proteins in each cell in your body are bathing in this golden-white light, fully open to accept its divine love frequency…as it flows all around the Earth, activating the New Earth’s ascended, original ‘goldenprint’ template of creation.

Now imagine you are breathing in Golden Rose Light, and this glorious light is forming a Golden Rose within your heart centre. As you breathe in, this Divine Rose shines in your heart, and as you breathe out it spreads through your whole being. Every cell and strand in your body, every subtle particle and vibration in your aura field is embraced in the petals of the Golden Rose, in the Infinite Warmth of Love which lives in every one of us and all around us.

Let your heart open in bliss to this wondrous experience of transformation you’ve chosen to embody, as you align within the ‘providential shift’ vibration of this deep, warm golden light-stream. And send this radiance out to all of humanity, all living beings on and around the Earth, as infinite Divine Love for all Life, knowing that our loving group focus is anchoring light all around this beautiful planet in unison with Gaia and many loving souls working in various ways to bring transformation into the collective energy field.

A warm welcome to this Sunday’s LoveLight meditation ~ with love and thanks to all joining in here for the first time, and as always to everyone bringing your Inner Divine Light through this circle, and around the Earth together through so many expressions of Unconditional Love!  ❤

In this final meditation for March, we’re meditating with a third focus (activating trinity/triune vibrations) for integration of the Divine Diamond Light frequencies that have continued rippling through the Earth’s energy field post-Equinox, loosening off many old, heavy energies (personal and collective) while grounding deeper through node points and meridians/energy flow lines within and around the Earth.

Every influx of Diamond Light gives an enhanced opportunity to recognize deeper layers of energy pockets caught in habitual limiting, judging thought patterns and emotions ~ and as we continue to focus through our Hearts and through the crystal properties within our physical bodies to ground this providential flow into and through our bodies and energy fields, trust and know that we are perfect receivers and radiators of the Diamond Light for All, as we open ‘rainbow bridges’ within and with Gaia, for this beautiful light to flow more fully through us and wherever is most beneficial for it to go.

 

 

Begin with breathing deeply into your heart and gently relax. Breathe…relax…know you are cradled in the eternal LoveLight of Source and countless guiding, supporting, protecting Beings of Love….cradled in the pure Light of your Soul….connected in every moment with the Heart of beloved Gaia, and with all assisting soul groups and higher dimensional light-grids around this planet and Solar System.

Feel yourself bathed, embraced and always supported by the infinite Love of your Soul, your soul families in the higher dimensional layers of Light, by those guiding and guarding the planetary Shift, and the eternal Source of all Life. Feel the warmest, most peaceful lovelight filling you as you breathe into your heart, radiating from you like a Star of Rainbow Light as you breathe out, joyful, blissful, in harmony with the Universe. Honour the divine soul expression of the Infinite Source you are ~ we all are ~ all life is ~ and as you breathe in the Light of Oneness, and breathe out, imagine a shining stream of Diamond Light is flowing down through your central column from the Heart of Source, pooling in your Rainbow Heart Star. Let the shimmery diamond rainbow quality of this light bathe your heart and whole being, blissful and serene.

See/feel this vibrant Diamond Rainbow Light filling the star merkaba around your physical form. As your merkaba spins smoothly and evenly, notice how it is supercharged with this fine sparkling light. Feel the joy. Feel the bliss, the freedom of this shimmering, effortless, natural motion. Keep breathing in this light, let it pool in your heart centre, and radiate outward to fill your merkaba as you breathe out.

Now bring your focus to your cellular level, into the watery molecules and crystalline structures throughout your body…and hold the intention for graceful, easy integration of this sparkling Diamond Light. Invite and allow it to settle deeply within all these crystals throughout your body, that sparkle with rainbow colours, like prisms in sunlight, or gleaming rainbow droplets of rain.

Breathe deeply, gently,  and let this light flow through the crystals within your bones, within your inner ears and teeth, into the many crystal formations within your body organs and fluids. See the Diamond Light ‘lighting up’ your DNA-RNA strands until they shine like starlight. As the light flows and anchors within your physical body’s ‘crystal attributes’, it transmits love into every cell, shimmering with innate well-being. All limiting habits of thought or emotion stored energetically in cellular memory melt into this Light and transform into patterns of pure Divine Order.

As you bathe in this glorious Light, feel the Star you are radiate Diamond Light, as though you are a divine crystal transceiver ~ receiving and transmitting this light in unison with the Diamond pulses radiating from Gaia’s Heart, and from a multitude of loving beings, all around the Earth, connected with our Sun and the Galactic Central Sun, anchoring golden solar codes into the diamond radiance spread around this planet. Just as this Light vibrates within our crystalline structures and watery cells, so all the crystalline and fluid aspects of the Earth, the oceans, and within all living beings, vibrate and resonate with this Light in this Now. Know that as this Light is settling now more deeply into your being, it is integrating all around the Earth.

 

 

We call through our Heart Stars deepest integration of the pure Diamond Light of Eternal Love, through the Rainbow Radiance glowing from the Heart of all Life on Earth and Everywhere, ascending all vibrations to Divine Presence in Love, in loving awareness of the Sacred Spirit within all energy, all beings, through the infinite expanses of Light. 

All is One Love. All is Well in every moment, and we affirm this through the Love we Are, divine and eternal. And So BE It.

For those who joined in this or other Equinox meditations and activities, we hope you had a wonderful experience with the light that flowed through the alignment! For this post-Equinox meditation, we’re continuing with deeper integration of the Divine Diamond Light vibrations rippling through the Earth’s energy field since a few days before the Equinox, anchored subtly but deeply with the passage of a small asteroid on March 22nd inside the Moon’s orbit, and continuing to ground through node points around the planet ~ and indeed through the conduits we all are for this pure Ascension Light around the Earth. We’ll continue to focus through our Hearts and through the crystal properties within our physical bodies to ground this bountiful flow into and through our bodies and energy fields, as loving receivers and radiators of the Diamond Light for All.

Welcome to another Sunday meditation with the blissful theme of Rainbow & Diamond Light, which we’re focusing with through September to the Equinox on the 22nd-23rd, next weekend! Envision the planet’s whole energy field, from core to outer atmosphere, filled with this glorious rainbow light, sparkling with diamond droplets. This Sunday, especially attune with the air element, our planetary skies and atmosphere, the air we are breathing, every living being is breathing, being filled with softly vibrating Rainbow & Diamond light, blended together and purifying, cleansing, refreshing, rebirthing the Earth’s air and skies until you can envision or imagine it shining softly, glowing with vitality, and all the elements in gentle equilibrium.

Greetings dear LoveLights  ❤

Welcome to the first meditation for September, which has come in as gently as a new leaf unfurling, after the vibrational intensity of the July-August eclipses and powerful Lion’s Gate. The incoming energies feel as though they have subtly ‘switched gears’, and we’ve been tracking this movement and anchoring it on/with the Earth through a great wash of Diamond Light, then into Rainbow Diamond Light, and this weekend, fully focusing into the Rainbow Light-Body of Gaia, of our light bodies, of all life on Earth transforming through the exquisite softness and brilliance of the high frequency Wave flowing from the Heart of Source. 🙂

So begin with breathing deeply into your heart and relaxing fully. Breathe…relax…know you are cradled in the eternal LoveLight of Source and countless guiding, supporting, protecting Beings of Love….cradled in the pure Light of your Soul….connected in every moment with the Heart of beloved Gaia, and with all the assisting soul groups and higher dimensional light-grids around this planet and Solar System. Know that you are bathed, embraced and always supported by the infinite Love of your Soul, your soul families, close guardians in the higher dimensional layers of Light, by those guiding and guarding the planetary Shift, and the eternal Source of all Life.

Feel the deep warmth of the LoveLight within you and all around you, in and around this loving group of meditating souls and all who are focusing in many ways for planetary ascension, in and around all Life…sending rainbow shimmers through your whole being, dancing in your Heart centre and radiating to fill every cell, strand and atom, filling your subtle bodies, your aura with the most loving divine Rainbow Light.

Attuning with the peaceful rhythm of your breath, breathe in deeply, breathing in the Rainbow Light, feel it pooling in your Heart, aligning you completely with the natural, easy shift into crystalline light beingness…and breathe out deeply, breathing out the Rainbow Light, brimming and sparkling with pure joy and boundless well-being to all Life on Earth and everywhere. Let the Rainbow Light flow through the clear, open conduit you are as a gift to beloved Gaia, offered to her Heart as the planetary soul of Earth, to assist with balancing, cleansing and uplifting the planetary field and collective energies as it flows through the grids, nodes and meridians within and around the planet.

Welcome to everyone joining in this weekend’s LoveLight meditation, with the continued anchoring of Diamond Light through our beings, into the planetary field and light grids of the Earth, during this second half of August 2018, in loving connection with Gaia and the many beings of Light involved in and contributing to this awesome planetary Shift! Thank you all. 🙂

Begin with breathing deeply into your heart and relax fully. Breathe…relax…know you are cradled in the eternal LoveLight of Source and countless guiding, supporting, protecting Beings of Love….cradled in the pure Light of your Soul….connected in every moment with the Heart of beloved Gaia, and with all the supporting soul groups and higher dimensional light-grids around this planet and Solar System.

See your heart centre as an open rose, filling with soft Diamond Light that is flowing eternally from the Source of all Life….around you, within you, supporting and nourishing continuously. As the Diamond Light grows bright and steady within your heart, see it radiating through your whole Being, your physical body and subtle bodies, sparkling and shimmering with all the colours of the Rainbow….and see/feel yourself as a perfect focus point for this Light, which flows calmly through you and into the planet, through the crystalline grid, and as a gift to the centre of the Earth, Gaia’s Heart.

Feel yourself as a beautiful living anchor and pillar of this rainbow-filled Diamond Light, among an ever-expanding loving network of pillars around the planet, all receiving and flowing this light of Ascension to Gaia, in unison with our sisters and brothers of the fifth dimensional Inner Earth realms and star family all around this planet, radiating a great sphere of Diamond Light that immerses the New Earth Grid and supporting light-grids….see the grids streaming with this glorious Light as it bathes the earth, the plants and trees, animals and humans, all the waters and air in a powerful yet very gentle stream of the Diamond Light of Source. Eclipse Meditation July 27-28

Hello dear LoveLights on Earth ❤

Thank you everyone for joining in this ‘Rose Moon’ Lunar Eclipse Meditation, following in the sequence of Venus Rose focuses of the last two weeks. 🙂  Mars in close proximity to the Moon through this extra-long eclipse signifies at a higher vibrational level a release and transformation into Unconditional Love of war/violence and in particular, distorted ‘violent goddess’ imprints from the Earth’s planetary/collective energy field and indeed from the Solar System. We’re invited to focus through our Hearts with loving kindness and inner peace through this powerful eclipse potential, as Love Anchors for this most beautiful transmutation.

For the lead-in of Venus Rose energies and the opening of the annual Lion’s Gate on July 26th ushering in a flow of pure Diamond Light, please see the current post at Heart Star.  At midnight last night, with the Moon and Mars the only two luminaries in the sky visible amid thick cloud cover, a wonderful representation came through to share for this group meditation. We’ll share in more detail about this at Heart Star soon, but for now, here are the Moon and Mars last night…firstly, with the Moon behind clouds, radiating the image of Divine Mother reaching out her hand toward Mars, beckoning to the planetary soul of Mars.

The large bow shape to her left enfolds a shadow of her light-form, as the ‘war goddess’ energies are lifted out and transmuted through the Crescent of Divine Creation, the Arch of Angelic Protection, the higher vibrational Bow through which the Arrow of Divine Love passes rather than arrows of bloodshed….and as the ‘Blood Moon’ Eclipse aligns, the duality violence vibration resurrects and transforms through pure Love, Joy and Grace into the Ascended Rose of the Christed Feminine (see how she’s standing in the form of a cross). The Way is open.  ❤

As the clouds clear, the Moon rests in a cradle of golden rose light supported by gentle Leonine energies, radiating glorious loving warmth.

So for our meditation through the Eclipse, we’re simply asked to centre in our Hearts and BE Divine Love, to BE the Rose of Sacred Union, anchoring this blessed release and transformation, and radiating it gently to all Life. (If not at the exact ‘time’ of the eclipse, just set a clear intention to send your LoveLight in union with this group and all Loving Beings assisting Ascension).

Breathe in Love, breathe out Love….breathe in Rose Light, breathe out Rose Light….know you are cradled in the pure Light of Angels, Lion Beings and countless Beings of Love,….cradled in the pure Light of your Soul….in the Divine Flow of Transcendence….

Breathe in Diamond Light, breathe out Diamond Light….know that through this beautiful Eclipse, old grids and imprints of domination and conquest are dissolving effortlessly from all our vibrational fields, from the Earth and all planets and moons of the Solar System, and transmuting through the Rose of Sacred Union, the Diamond of Creation, back to the eternal Light of Love, Grace and Joy which they always are, which all life is, beyond the illusion of separation….the Oneness that always IS….

In this Now, we are the Sacred Rose, anchoring Divine Love through our Beings, radiating the highest Light of Creation to all Life, as Love, for Love, with Love, always. And So Be It.

Love and blessings to everyone joining in this weekend’s meditation, the Light you share through this loving circle is felt and deeply appreciated, in unity with all around this beautiful Earth meditating for planetary ascension, and assisting in various ways. 🙂

This weekend we’re continuing with the Diamond Light meditations of the previous two weeks, bringing it this time through the Sacred Yellow Flame, which corresponds vibrationally with SUNday…in the lead-in to the Solstice on June 21-22nd. (The Yellow Flame is the first of the flames that can be found on the Seven Sacred Flames Meditations page, which you may like to read if you’re new to the Sacred Flame correspondences with the seven days of the week).

So begin with relaxing your whole being deeply…breathing in Light…breathing out Light…breathing in Love…breathing out Love. Connect your Heart of Love with the Heart of beloved Gaia, feeling her unconditional embrace with deep appreciation, and connect with the Heart of Source, infinite Universal Love. Flow your intention to connect with all beings of high Love guiding, assisting and supporting this Ascension process with their beautiful Light, and with all the high light grids around and within earth and throughout the Solar System.

Within your Heart Centre, visualize or hold the intention of a warm Yellow Flame glowing brightly, filling your heart with its radiance and vitality. This Yellow Flame is dancing within the golden light of your Inner Sun, the seat of your Soul’s Light, in this embodiment you are expressing through as a loving anchor of the Ascension Light stream flowing from the Heart of Source…renewing and restoring the vibration of freedom in Love through all of creation, through the dimensions of life returning to the peace, joy and oneness radiating from and through the higher realms of Light to all Life. Thank you and blessings! 🙂 This weekend, we’re invited to continue our meditation focus with the shimmering wave of Diamond Light eternally radiating from Source, flowing into the planet’s vibrational field, sparkling and sparking higher codes of life in all beings, continuing to uplift the Earth’s vibrations, subtly aligning all life here, in the Solar System and indeed this galaxy, to ‘rise divine’.

Begin with relaxing your whole being deeply…breathing in Light…breathing out Light…breathing in Love…breathing out Love. Connect your Heart of Love with the Heart of beloved Gaia, feeling her unconditional embrace with deep appreciation, and connect with the Heart of Source, infinite Universal Love. Now imagine you’re breathing in a steady stream of soft Diamond Light, and as you keep breathing, this Diamond Light is forming a sparkling luminous ball in your Heart Centre. Feel the softness, warmth and endless vitality of this light, balling within you brighter and brighter, eternal and infinite…as we all are…souls of pure Divine LoveLight in Love with Love, in Love with Life. See/feel this sparkling ball of Diamond Light now radiating outward, flowing throughout your body, filling every cell, every molecule, filling your auric field…and spreading onward, connecting with all the beautiful Diamond Lights of this meditation circle, and onward flowing together around the beloved Earth.

Flow the intention of the Diamond Light filling the waters everywhere around the planet…all the water within our bodies, in lakes, streams, seas and oceans, in the bodies of all living beings, animals, plants and human beings, in snow, glaciers, clouds and raindrops…all turning to shimmering star-lights within an ocean of pure Diamond Light…and being retained in the memory of water, in every molecule, transforming all energies to blissful, joyful Love.

And bringing your focus back to the Earth, see and feel how Gaia is beautifully connected within the great sparkling network, shifting and lifting in Love in every moment, the New Earth Grid lit up with an unstoppable wave of LoveLight, streaming everywhere, streaming through all of us as One.
