Greetings dear LoveLights  ❤

Thank you for your loving presence and focus with the planetary Ascension as we come into November, and a warm welcome to those joining in for the first time! Flowing from a deeply ‘Aquatic’ October, the high vibrational liquid light streams are coming into alignment with a peak energy gateway on November 11th 2018 (11-11-11), and in preparation for this, we’re invited to meditate this Sunday with(in) a beautiful bath of Golden Yellow Inner Sun-Light. We’ll be bringing the Yellow Flame of Sunday (first of the Seven Sacred Flames Meditations) into focus, and opening to the Golden Light of the Heart of Source, radiating this Golden Yellow Solar merge to all. The Yellow Flame vibrates with creativity and inspiration, and whatever you feel moved in your heart and soul to create in this meditation, enjoy…and flow it on the LoveLight stream! 🙂

So begin with breathing deeply into your heart and relaxing fully. Breathe…relax…know you are cradled in the eternal LoveLight of Source and countless guiding, supporting, protecting Beings of Love….cradled in the pure Light of your Soul….connected in every moment with the Heart of beloved Gaia, and with all assisting groups and higher dimensional light-grids around this planet and Solar System. Feel in your heart how you are bathed, embraced and always supported by the infinite Love of your Soul, your soul families, close guardians in the higher dimensional layers of Light, by those guiding and guarding the planetary Shift, and the eternal Source of all Life. Deep joy is flowing with this loving group and all who are focusing in many ways for ascension…within this ongoing Wave of Love.

As you breathe in, visualize a warm, clear Yellow Flame forming in your heart centre. When the flame feels bright and steady, slowly expand it outward through your whole body and aura field, filling you with this clear, warm yellow. Feel your whole being open to and bathing in the vibration of the Yellow Flame ~ joy, playfulness, inspiration, expansive creativity, the wisdom of the Divine Child in all Life, dissolving mental attachments in trust and re-aligning all to our original innocence/inner sense.

As you breathe out, let the Yellow Flame joyfully radiate further, until it has spread out around the whole planet, immersing all living beings, and the collective conscious field of and around the Earth. See/feel soft Golden Light in your heart, flowing from the eternal Source, infinitely expansive, glowing within the Star of Source Light you are/we all are, radiating effortlessly across universes, and around this beloved Earth, golden yellow liquid light bathing this planet and all life here…deepening luminous golden yellow ripples spreading through the air, waters, earth and subtle ethers, filling the aura field of the Earth and all beings here with this pure, constant warmth.

We are the pure, eternal Joy of Creation, We are Divine Inspiration, the soul radiance of Source’s Heart, We are the simple Wisdom of Trust, expanding in and with Infinite Love forever. And So It Is.

Greetings beautiful LoveLights! ❤

As always, immense gratitude to everyone holding focus with this amazing, miraculous (and sometimes intense) Planetary Ascension journey we’re all part of and deeply involved with….and let yourself take in a deep breath now, to appreciate the joy of being consciously aware of this transformational Shift, inner-and-outer-as-One. Remember however you feel inspired to BE the LoveLight radiating this vibration through your own being, to all humanity and life on Earth within the greater Universal Embrace ~ through which infinite Love is continuously streaming ~ it’s all serving, supporting and assisting All-as-One when it comes through pure Heart-Centered focus.

With the meditations offered here, whether you activate them in your being through deep meditation, weave them into another practice or focus, use them as an ‘inspiration springboard’ for a more developed visualization, or simply read through them with an open heart and clear intention to amplify their vibration internally and into the collective, it’s all beneficial. This week, we’re focusing with Rose Light, to follow on and deepen the integration of the Full Moon alignment two days ago, which guiding ones spoke of as a ‘Rose Moon’. If leading into or during this Full Moon felt intense for you, physically, mentally or emotionally, you might like to begin the meditation today with the Sacred Flame that is connected with SUNday, the beautiful Yellow Flame, which you can find on this page. It’s a wonderful way to reconnect instantly with the joyful, light-hearted Divine Child Within, and transmute any residual tensions. And we always suggest for everyone, activating your Heart Star, Golden Apple, and Soul Alignment beforehand as shared on the Meditation Guidelines page.

So to begin now, centre gently in your Heart of Love, breathe and relax. Breathe in Love, breathe out Love, breathe in warm calm Rose Light, and breathe out this tender Rose Light. Feel the LoveLight within you connecting with Gaia’s heart, with Source, and with all beings in, on and around the planet guiding and assisting Ascension. Feel your inner Light connecting with our sun Solaris, open to the higher light flowing from and through the Sun, through the Solar Grid ~ the high light grid holding the Solar System ~ guided by the beautiful Solar Beings of Love. Hold the intention to connect with all the grids of supporting high light in and around the Earth, and see a pink rose forming in your heart centre-point.

See this Rose opening and filling with Solar Rays of pure well-being, abundance and alignment with Source, and feel this infinite stream of radiance pouring through you, filling you with total joy and unlimited trust. As you do this, the Rose grows and expands around you…then continues growing all the way around the Earth, and out past the Moon as pure Rose Light infused with Golden Rays, creating an exquisite vibrational sphere of LoveLight around the Earth and Moon. Pure, peaceful unity is immersing their vibrational relationship, lifting it higher, freeing it of all limiting factors, dissolving any lower programme thoughtforms and energies held in the collective consciousness about the dynamic of Earth and Moon.

In the warm Divine Feminine embrace of Rose Light and the joyful Solar Rays of the Divine Child, all is brought into highest alignment and vibration, and we see and hold the intention of this cleared, rebirthed relationship of Earth and Moon held now within the clear Sapphire Blue Light of the steady protecting strength of the Divine Masculine.

Hello beautiful LoveLights 🙂

Welcome to this Sunday’s meditation! Following the vibrational alignment of the Solar Eclipse last Monday ~ and the focus of many thousands of meditators around the world that day on the highest possible flow of love, peace and unity consciousness for planetary ascension ~ the inflow of higher Light has been immense. This Light can be felt re-arranging energies, shifting embedded limiting patterns of thought, emotion and physicality, toward greater unity, love and joy. Some of you may be feeling a sense of ‘calm after the storm’ at this end of the week, or maybe you’ve felt highly energized and creatively inspired, or you may have felt called to rest deeply in quietness, while transmuting personal or collective limiting patterns, and integrating the new Light. However you have been experiencing it, we hold you all in deepest love and appreciation, and for this Sunday’s meditation, ask for a group focus to enhance and deepen personal and collective integration of the ‘post-eclipse potential’ through the vibration of cherishment.

We are focusing with a particular higher dimensional crystal, which has also become newly available to assist Gaia’s planetary ascension, called the Rosara Crystal. This crystal is deep purple with a cherry pink centre, and radiates this merged light of purple and pink ~ the vibration of the Loving Heart of pure devotion and surrender to Source (the state of being in complete trust of, and attunement to, Divine Will, Love & Purpose) that radiates from a centrepoint of Love that unconditionally cherishes all Life everywhere.

You may like to visualize the Pink Flame and Purple Flame (read about the Sacred Flames on this page to help focus with their vibrational qualities), or you may like to meditate with the Rosara Crystal itself (just hold the intention to connect with this Crystal in the higher dimensions and anchor its energy to the Earth). If you have physical crystals in pink and purple colours, such as rose quartz and amethyst, you may like to charge them with the merged energy of devotion and cherishing all from the Heart of pure Love, with the energies of the Pink and Purple Flames.

So for today’s meditation, breathe deeply into your heart centre and relax. Invite the overlighting of all Beings of Highest Love guiding, assisting and energizing the Ascension, with the Angels who guard the Rosara Crystal. Connect from your Heart with the Heart of Source and the Heart of Gaia, in one unified flow of purest LoveLight. Bathe yourself in the beautiful, uplifting, heart-strengthening combination of purple and cherry pink light as you connect with the Crystalline Heart Grid of Gaia, the Unity Consciousness Grid, the Angelic Grid, the Christ Light Grid, the Phoenix Grid of rebirth, all the high light grids around the Earth, supporting the Ascension.

Let this pink and purple light grow clear, deep and bright within you, radiating through and from your Heart. Feel yourself totally safe, trusting, loved and cherished in the Infinite, Eternal embrace of Source, and allow this heavenly feeling to flow effortless through you to all the loved ones in your Earthly life ~ family, friends, co-workers, animal companions ~ and let it keep radiating out through the whole collective around the planet. Imagine all people on Earth feeling this cherishing quality of Love ~ partners cherishing each other, parents cherishing children, children cherishing their parents, friends cherishing friends, humans cherishing all humans, animals, plants, the planet, and cherishing the beings of Love across all dimensions seen and unseen. Imagine everyone on Earth allowing themselves to cherish and be cherished, as One Flow of Love, entirely natural because it is our true nature, trusting and devoted, tender and appreciative. And imagine that in that feeling of cherishment, including cherishing ourselves, all fear-based resistances dissolve, and this liberating Love flows freely to and through all beings here and everywhere. And So Be It.

Thank you to everyone who has taken part in the Sacred Flames meditations through the last week. For newcomers to the LoveLight Meditation Circle, we’ve been focusing on meditating with Seven Sacred Flames that align vibrationally with the days of the week (see this page for details), and have been asked by guiding ones to continue this focus through to the total Solar Eclipse on August 21st.

The eclipse falls on a Monday, which is the day of the Blue Flame, and we are also asked to focus and send the Purple Flame with the Blue Flame through the collective field, around the Earth that day. The Blue Flame activates the vibrations of highest Truth, Clarity, Courage, Steadfastness, and Faith…and the Purple Flame activates the vibrations of Transformation and Clearing through Compassion, Forgiveness, Benevolence, Emotional Freedom, Dedication, Creative Passion and Devotion.

Feel this combination blending ~ Truth unveiled through Compassion and Freedom, Clarity shining through Emotional Freedom and Benevolence, Faith becoming steadfast, radiating with the surrender of all fears and resistances to complete trust in Source, the Divine Within.

 

 

 

To light this Flame for the highest benefit of All on August 21, breathe deeply into your heart centre, and relax…breathe and relax…into the point of peace, love and harmony you Are, feeling yourself in unity with the LoveLight Circle and all souls around the world meditating with highest love during the eclipse.

Visualize the Blue Flame in your heart centre-point, and expand it around you, encompassing your aura field, focusing with the vibrational qualities of the Blue Flame, relaxing deeply as they bathe you. Then visualize the Purple Flame in your heart centre-point, and expand this through the Blue, blending the vibrational qualities of the Purple Flame….and keep expanding these Sacred Flames around the Earth, through the collective energy field of humanity and all living beings. Focus with the merged Flames connecting and flowing with the Crystalline Heart Grid of Gaia and all the high light grids surrounding and supporting the planetary ascension; the Angelic Grid, the Christ Light Grid, the Unity Consciousness Grid, the Phoenix Grid and the 6D Harmonic Grid, with this intention:

Through the sacred Light of the Blue Flame and Purple Flame, from the Heart of Source through our Hearts to the Heart of Gaia and all Life, the flow of Truth and Compassion strengthens and deepens in this Now. Through the vibrational catalyst of this solar eclipse, all limiting energies are forgiven, released in pure Love, and transformed on, in and around beloved Earth. In unity with all Beings of Highest Love anchoring, assisting and guiding ascension, we embrace the clear, pure truth of Freedom-in-Compassion and radiate it to All. And So Be It.

Now feel and see yourself breathing pink light deeply into your Heart Centre, and forming there into a Rose. Let this beautiful Rose of Divine Love in your Heart blossom and send its tender glow through the Blue and Purple Flames, into the light grids, flowing the vibration of cherishing and being cherished to all beings on Earth.

Hello dear LoveLights! ❤

Welcome again, and thank you all for taking part in, and continuing with, this meditation sequence with the coloured flames known as the Seven Sacred Flames, to the completion of the cycle today, with the Purple Flame.

Each of the Seven Flames relates vibrationally to a day of the week, and we’re focusing with the sequence that first came through Aurelia Jones, from Adama (High Priest of Telos, the Agarthan 5D crystalline light city within Mount Shasta in North America)  ~ the Yellow Flame of Sunday, Blue Flame of Monday, Pink Flame of Tuesday, Green Flame of Wednesday, Golden Flame of Thursday, White Flame of Friday and Violet Flame of Saturday, with a slight shift including the entire purple ray for Saturday, the Purple Flame (which encompasses Violet, Magenta, Purple and Deep Purple).

Meditating with these Flames on a daily basis is wonderful for purifying one’s whole energy field, and (re)establishes the natural rhythm in our being which synchronizes with the vibrational inner rhythm of Gaia’s planetary ascension, which the Agarthan people of the 5D Inner Earth are completely attuned to and assisting. We begin with the sequence of Yellow, Blue and Pink on the first three days of the week, which align with the three flames of the Threefold Flame of the Heart.

With this weekly sequence, the Flames of the first three days continuously ‘trinitize’ your vibration as you come into each week, in the unified energies of the Divine Child (yellow), Divine Father (blue) and Divine Mother (pink) aspects of Source, wholly unified, merging, interweaving creatively, in perfect equilibrium. Midweek, the Green Flame activates the emerald heart healing light, followed by the Golden and White Flames of Resurrection and Ascension, and completing the cycle in the Purple Flame, which clears, frees and transforms through compassion, benevolence, devotion and dedication.

We are asked as a group to hold and focus each of the Sacred Flames through our hearts and beings, radiating out to/through the planet and all life here, connecting with Gaia’s crystalline heart grid and all the high light grids around the Earth, supporting and strengthening its ascension process, in this coming week through to the total solar eclipse on August 21st, as the potential for collective clearing and opening to more Love is high. So here is Saturday’s meditation with the Purple Flame, which brings us back to the Yellow of Sunday ~ through the transformational energy of Compassion, Forgiveness, Creative Passion and Devotion comes the Divine Child, within us all:

Breathe deeply into your heart and relax fully. Breathe…relax… Now visualize a peaceful Purple Flame forming in your heart centre. When the flame feels bright and steady, slowly expand it outward through your whole body and aura field, filling you with loving purple light. Feel your whole being bathed in the vibration of the Purple Flame ~ completely open to the blessings of compassion, forgiveness, mercy, benevolence and the freedom these vibrations bring, bathing in the grace-filled spectrum of the Purple Flame: the Violet of clearing and transformation into Love; the Magenta of emotional freedom, releasing attachment to wants, drives and dramas that limit your connection to the Highest Good; the Purple of unconditional forgiveness and compassion for yourself and all beings; the Deep Purple of surrender to Source, devotion, dedication, and Divinely aligned creative passion.

As you breathe out, let the Purple Flame joyfully radiate further, until it has spread out around the whole planet, immersing all living beings, and the collective conscious field of and around the Earth…with this intention:

We are the Light of Transformation, releasing all limiting energies through Unconditional Forgiveness and Compassion, We are the Freedom of deepest alignment with the Heart of Source, our creative passion flowing in the pure bliss of surrender to Divine Love and Purpose, in the simplicity of Devotion. And So It Is. 

Bathe in the vibration of the sacred Purple Flame, radiate it to All as the Soul of free, eternal Love you are, compassionately flowing the rebirth of highest alignment to Divine Love, everywhere. Let your beautiful Heart smile in the simplicity of Love, and enjoy bathing in the Purple Flame! 🙂

Let all resistance dissolve in the soft, continuous wave of the White Flame, coming home to your Inner Divine, the Inner Divinity in all Life.

As you breathe out, let the White Flame joyfully radiate further, until it has spread out around the whole planet, immersing all living beings, and the collective conscious field of and around the Earth…with this intention:

We are the Rebirth of Unconditional Love, Unity, and Peace with All, We are the Ascension of thought, feeling and form in the blissful joy and harmony of Oneness, We are the fulfillment of Divine Love, flowing effortlessly on the wave of Infinite and Eternal Providence. And So It Is. 

Bathe in the vibration of the sacred White Flame, radiate it to All as the Soul of pure, infinite Love you are, gently and steadily flowing the rebirth of true, whole alignment to Divine Love, everywhere. Let your beautiful Heart smile, and enjoy bathing in the White Flame!

Dear LoveLights, welcome again! ❤

Continuing on with our meditation sequence with the coloured flames known as the Seven Sacred Flames, today we light the Golden Flame. Each of the Seven Flames relates vibrationally to a day of the week, and we’re focusing with the sequence that first came through Aurelia Jones, from Adama (High Priest of Telos, the Agarthan 5D crystalline light city within Mount Shasta in North America)  ~ the Yellow Flame of Sunday, Blue Flame of Monday, Pink Flame of Tuesday, Green Flame of Wednesday, Golden Flame of Thursday, White Flame of Friday and Violet Flame of Saturday, with a slight shift including the entire purple ray for Saturday, the Purple Flame (which encompasses Violet, Magenta, Purple and Deep Purple).

Meditating with these Flames on a daily basis is wonderful for purifying one’s whole energy field, and (re)establishes the natural rhythm in our being which synchronizes with the vibrational inner rhythm of Gaia’s planetary ascension, which the Agarthan people of the 5D Inner Earth are completely attuned to and assisting. We begin with the sequence of Yellow, Blue and Pink on the first three days of the week, which align with the three flames of the Threefold Flame of the Heart.

With this weekly sequence, the Flames of the first three days continuously ‘trinitize’ your vibration as you come into each week, in the unified energies of the Divine Child (yellow), Divine Father (blue) and Divine Mother (pink) aspects of Source, wholly unified, merging, interweaving creatively, in perfect equilibrium. Midweek, the Green Flame activates the emerald heart healing light, followed by the Golden and White Flames of Resurrection and Ascension, and completing the cycle in the Purple Flame, which clears, frees and transforms through compassion, benevolence, devotion and dedication.

We are asked as a group to hold and focus each of the Sacred Flames through our hearts and beings, radiating out to/through the planet and all life here, connecting with Gaia’s crystalline heart grid and all the high light grids around the Earth, supporting and strengthening its ascension process, in this coming week through to the total solar eclipse on August 21st, as the potential for collective clearing and opening to more Love is high. So here is Thursday’s meditation with the Golden Flame.

Breathe deeply into your heart and relax fully. Breathe…relax… Now visualize a beautiful, luminous Golden Flame forming in your heart centre. When the flame feels bright and steady, slowly expand it outward through your whole body and aura field, filling you with pure golden light. Feel your whole being bathing in the vibration of the Golden Flame ~ opening in graceful ease to the resurrection of your Light of pure unconditional Love in, and expressing from, the Heart of Source. Feel your vibrational ‘goldenprint’ restoring to its natural, beautiful Divine Alignment as you bathe in the ambrosial light of the Golden Flame, be-ing in Oneness.

As you breathe out, let the Golden Flame joyfully radiate further, until it has spread out around the whole planet, immersing all living beings, and the collective conscious field of and around the Earth…with this intention:

We are the Resurrection of the highest Love, Light and Truth, We are restoration of the Christed Goldenprint of Life, naturally and joyously expanding in Oneness, Peace, Grace and Harmony with All-That-Is. And So It Is. 

Bathe in the vibration of the Golden Flame, radiate it to All as the Soul of pure, infinite Love you are, peacefully flowing the restoration of true, whole alignment to Divine Love, everywhere. Let your beautiful Heart smile, and enjoy bathing in the Golden Flame! 🙂

Feel your whole being open to and bathing in the vibration of the Green Flame ~ relaxing deeply into the emerald light of your heart centre in this mid-point of the week, the eternal flow of well-being, growth, renewal and deep healing, immersion in the energy of Life.

As you breathe out, let the Green Flame joyfully radiate further, until it has spread out around the whole planet, immersing all living beings, and the collective conscious field of and around the Earth…with this intention:

We are the heartfelt vitality of Life, constantly renewing through the blessing of Divine Love, centered in our Hearts, One with all Life, We are the bountiful Living flow of Love, eternally growing, connecting, sharing and creating in pure Joy. And So It Is.

Feel your whole being open to and bathing in the vibration of the Pink Flame ~ all fears released in unconditional trust, in the nurturing rose light, tender softness, the Eternal Loving Embrace of the Divine Mother in all Life, flowing constant warmth.

As you breathe out, let the Pink Flame joyfully radiate further, until it has spread out around the whole planet, immersing all living beings, and the collective conscious field of and around the Earth…with this intention:

We are the eternal embrace of pure Divine Love, We are the warm inner glow of perfect Trust, We are the continuous opening of the Sacred Rose, flowing and radiating Infinite Love forever. And So It Is.

As you breathe out, let the Blue Flame joyfully radiate further, until it has spread out around the whole planet, immersing all living beings, and the collective conscious field of and around the Earth…with this intention: 

We are the calm, faithful Light of Love, We are the highest pure Truth, perfectly clear and radiant, We are the steady aligning of Divine Will, flowing from Eternal Love forever. And So It Is.
