Thank you to everyone who joined in last week’s golden Metatron’s Cube meditation, and a warm welcome to newcomers to the LoveLight Meditations. 🙂  This weekend we’re asked to continue with golden light meditation, focusing with our sun, Solaris, and ‘Solar Ascension’, holding the intention and vision of every planet in the Solar System becoming a golden Sun, connecting through the Solar Light Grid. (If you’re new to the concept of light grids or could do with a refresher, you may like to read the Light Grids page, or this Solar Grid post.)

Relax your whole being deeply…breathing in Light…breathing out Light…breathing in Love…breathing out Love…breathing pure Light of Source into your Heart centre, breathing it out to All. Connect your Heart of Love with the Heart of beloved Gaia, feeling her unconditional embrace with deep appreciation, and connect with the Heart of Source, infinite universal Love. Flow your intention to connect with all beings of high Love guiding, assisting and supporting this Ascension process with their beautiful Light, and with all the high light grids around and within earth and throughout the Solar System.

Focusing into your Heart Centre, feel it growing warmer and warmer as you breathe deeply, filling with golden light, seeing a beautiful Sun shining in your Heart…the true Spiritual Sun radiating from your Heart of Love, spreading now in connection with all the shining Heart Suns around the Earth and within Solaris, in peaceful loving union with all Life. See/feel the golden light flowing through your Heart from the Infinite Source, unstoppable, eternal, expansive and joyful in every moment…blending with the Light of Solaris and all the loving Beings meditating through this group and others around the world for planetary ascension into Love, Peace and Unity…blending with the Heart Love of the great many Beings of Love assisting and serving this beautiful process…flowing through the high light grids, and clearing energies of the old grids, dissolving them into pure Love. See this warm, strong golden light flowing through the air, waters, earth, plants, animals and to all of humanity, filling the planetary field with Universal Love.

Feel your Heart Sun connecting with the Heart of Solaris, with the blissful energies of the sixth dimensional Solar Beings, and radiating in unison to all the planets; Mercury…Venus…Earth…Mars…Jupiter…Saturn…out to Uranus…Neptune…Pluto…and beyond…bathing every planet…bathing all the moons of all the planets…bathing the asteroid field between Mars and Jupiter…releasing all dense, stressed vibrational imprints…as you release them from your own field completely now…and returning your focus to the beautiful Earth, see and feel this awesome Light settling in deeply through mountains, valleys, oceans, plains, meeting the inner radiance of Gaia’s Inner Heart Sun as One.

And finally, hold the intention or visualize sparkling pure diamond white light that flows continuously from the Heart of Source, sending pulses through Solaris, through the Solar Grid and all the planets, and through each of our loving Heart Suns in unison.

In the blissful harmony of the true Spiritual Sun, as the Earth rises and shifts with Solaris and this beloved planetary system, may the Spiritual Sun within each of us and all Life shine as One with the radiance of Infinite Love. And So Be It.
